Bag for non-rainy days

Na hát ez a táska több,mint 2 évig készült, volt egy első verziója, de az nem jött be, pár hónapa szétbontottam és akkor kapta az új, keskeny, koptatóval megerősített szíjat.  Akkor kezdtem el, amikor munkát kerestem, egy hónap alatt megvolt az eleje és a háta. (meg a munka is, ezért kellett gyorsan bejefezni)Nincs hozzá minta, kép alapján dolgoztam, ugyanis megláttam a kirakatban valami hasonlót, ami rögtön kellett, de persze nem volt rá pénzem. Utólag megnézve, ekkor még azt gondoltam, hogy a horgolásnál csak a szem felső felébe kell szúrni, de nekem ez így kifejezetten tetszik, olyan, mintha minden sornak kontúrja lenne.
Ezen a héten éppen nyár van, úgyhogy hülyére hordom.

This bag was in progress for more than 2 years. The first version was ready quite soon but I didn't like it, so some months ago I began to work on it again. I started with it when I moved to Holland and I was looking for a job, so the main parts were finished very soon, the I found a job so it needed to be finished quickly. 
I did not work according to a pattern, I found a picture of a similar bag on the net (which I previously saw in a shop but I couldn't afford to buy it). Looking at it now, at that time I thought that while crocheting you only have to crochet to the upper half of the previous chain. But it looks OK, it gives a kind of rounded edge for the rows.
This week it's summer here, so I can wear it all the time.

New bag for an unused gadget

Mivel a megtanult kötést gyakorloni kell, gyorsan meglett átmenetes fonalból az e-readerem új tokja. Azzal a nem titkolt szándékkal, hogy ha már szép új tokja lesz, akkor gyakrabban fogom használni. Hát ez nem jött be. 

A tok egyébként trikókötéssel van kötve; két majdnem egyforma széles csík közé vatelinlapot tettem, összehorgoltam, kész. A végére horgoltam két kis horgolt zsinórt, nehogy kicsússzon. De ugye mikor csúszna ki szegény...

Just not to forget knitting I designed (nice word) a new cover for my e-reader. I hoped that if it gets a new bag, I will tend to use it more. No, I don't. 

The cover is made of a rainbow yarn with stockinette stich. Between 2 squares which had almost the same width I added a vateline square for filling. I crocheted all of them together. To the opening I crocheted 2 short line, just to provide the e-reader from sliding out. But it does not really have the opportunity to slide out at all as I keep it somewhere on my bookshelf...

Nagyon szívesen várok tippeket, hogyan lehetne magam rábírni a használatára. A könyvajánlóknak külön örülök. / I am more than happy to receive recommendations how to get used to this gadget...And if you can recommend me a good book it's even better.

Book update: I will not finish Den Doppelgaenger (I tried for 120 pages, after such a distance I can say that it's crap), so I exchanged it from the spare list to the Murder on the Eiffel Tower. This one I will finish but it's difficult to find something entertaining after reading the Hunger Games Trilogy within 2 weeks. 

Good Idea

Az ötletlopás csak akkor számít annak, ha nem jelöljük meg a forrást. Ez bármilyen szellemi munkára érvényes. Kreatív blogokon ez másképp van, itt ezt inspirációnak nevezik és néha a forrást is megjelölik. Szóval itt van, egy "inspirált" nyaklánc. Coline blogján láttam és persze nagyon jó ötletnek tartom, mert végre fel lehet használni benne majdnem mindent, amit már régóta rakosgatok. Egy sima fekete pulcsival elég drámai.

Örökölt/kapott régi medálok és fülbevalók, egy Kricsár-drótlevél, domináns gyöngyök, együtt mégis oké. / Inherited/gifted old pendants and earrings, one wire-pendant from Kricsár, dominant pearls and despite all of this chaos, togehter they look quite OK.

We are talking about stealing ideas in cases only when the writer doesn't mention the original owner of the idea. In creative blogs this is slightly different, this is called inspiration and sometimes the owner is also linked. SO this is my "inspired" necklace. I saw it on Coline's blog and I think it's a very good idea. Finally I can use all the nice things a could not use before. Wearing this with a plain black sweater gives the desired effect.
